Software "MMM-Lifetime" version 2.0

"MMM-Lifetime" is a specialized program to assess residual lifetime of equipment metal by fatigue damaging in stress concentration zones (SCZs) based on the diagnostic data using the metal magnetic memory method (the MMM method).

The program can be used for assessment of stresses level.

The program is not intended for residual life assessment of the entire equipment, as it is a complex task carried out during expert examination of industrial safety.

"MMM-Lifetime" is not used for assessment of residual life of the new equipment.

Residual life assessment is carried out for equipment with SCZs before formation (or at the initial stage of development) of a microcrack.

Equipment with microcracks and macro defects is, as a rule, subject to repairs or replacement.

The program uses reference mechanical characteristics of the inspection object metal and the inspection data obtained in the "MMM-System" program.
